A Poem By Nile Flores
If I just stand here in the sunlight,
and let the rays accentuate my curves,
would you be turned on?
Or would you see art?
Do you see just the way nature makes it,
in the shadows that I make with every move?
As my skin warms in the sun,
there is perfection here,
and only here.
If you think below the belt,
then this is nothing but fantasy,
as your mind associate my body as just a toy.
Please look at me without lust,
and then when you do,
I know you do respect me.
Know that this is just a body,
and it does not primarily need to be wanton for you.
I see you only as another being,
and not for the possible sexual pleasures you could offer.
My mind is turned on,
only when thinking of what intriguing thoughts you could conjure,
while hoping that you see me for me.
I'm just another of God's creations,
that appreciates the bare essentials,
and the natural art of the human form.
People yell and complain about it,
but there is nothing wrong in being nude.
